Introduced to help improve the energy efficiency of buildings and homes, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is now required by law when marketing a property in the UK. One of our Energy Assessors can carry out their survey alongside the photographer, producing accurate EPC documentation efficiently. They’ll also be on hand to liaise directly with Sellers if further documentation and advice is required before, during and after the visit.
